Parents and guardians purchasing on behalf of pupils confirm they have authority to do so.

No public account creation is required for ticket purchases.

5. Orders and Payments

All ticket sales are processed via Stripe Payments UK, Ltd., acting as an independent payment processor.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is taken securely at checkout.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • All transactions are final unless otherwise stated by the event organiser.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds, exchanges, or event cancellations are managed directly by the relevant school or organiser.
We are not responsible for event changes, postponements, or refunds beyond facilitating organiser-issued refunds through Stripe where authorised.

7. Event Information

Event details, dates, and descriptions are provided by the organisers.
We are not liable for inaccuracies, omissions, or changes to event information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Site.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or unauthorised data.
